Highlights of recent developments on the MiniSShot Project
-------------------------------------------------------------
- Preparations continue for the planned April 25th launch of the
MiniSShot rocket. Randy Dormans has repaired the nosecone coupler, which
was slightly damaged by the Phoenix hard landing. Chris King reports
that he has received the repaired coupler from Randy. Chris also reports
that all the avionics have been examined and refurbished, and that
everything is now in working order, with the exception of one thermal
sensor (embedded in the nosecone skin) . Chris is currently diagnosing
the problem.
